Seasonal Site Fees:

General seasonal site fee is $4010 + hydro

Premium seasonal site fee is $4300 + hydro

Waterfront seasonal site fee is $4735 + hydro

Your seasonal site includes the following:

  • Safe well water for drinking
  • WiFi available at rec hall and throughout park subject to tree interference
  • Sewer hook up
  • Visitors at no charge
  • Full use of resort amenities
  • 30 amp hydro service - you are metered and pay for your usage
  • River water tap for washing RV and watering grass
  • Fire pit (Outside firewood is not permitted in the park)
  • Winter storage provided you are renewing seasonal site for the next season
